REGIONAL COHORT LEADERS

Marc Dispensa is an accomplished serial entrepreneur, a revered business coach, and a strategic visionary. Since 2020, Marc has collaborated with over 100 companies, driving remarkable improvements in their strategic direction, execution, and overall outcomes.

As a lifelong entrepreneur, Marc embarked on his entrepreneurial journey at 21. He has since founded and successfully exited three companies in technology and artificial intelligence (Al). Notably, Marc holds five U.S. patents in Al, a testament to his unwavering dedication to innovation.

Marc is a passionate advocate for small businesses, with a love for initiating new ventures and aiding fellow entrepreneurs in achieving success. His primary objective is to empower other visionaries in the entrepreneurial world, guiding them every step of the way on their journeys.

When Marc isn't engaged in coaching sessions or speaking at EOS events, he can often be spotted supporting his children at sporting events, vacationing with family, on his boat, or brainstorming his next exciting business venture!

Eric is a seasoned entrepreneur, technologist, and executive coach with over 30 years of experience at the intersection of business and technology.

His career began in music, where he taught over 100 students and helped studios adopt digital system, foreshadowing a lifelong passion or mentoring and solving complex problems with technology.

He transitioned into software engineering, building high-stakes systems for media, fintech, and healthcare, while also teaching C++ at NYU. Over two decades ago, he founded a software consulting firm whose data analytics platform powered live U.S. election coverage for major media networks for over two decades.

Eric has also advised and invested in successtul startups, sits on several boards and is a certified coach for the Birthing of Giants Regional Cohort program. His hands-on experience leading teams, scaling companies, and navigating disruption led him to coaching where he now helps business owners accelerate growth while staying grounded in purpose and balance.

Today, he leads The Clarion Collective Al, a platform offering executive coaching, Al training, and strategic support for leadership teams. His mission: to help business leaders turn Al uncertainty into a competitive edge and unlock the next level of human potential with Al as an amplifier.
